Before launching Ken Clyman Realty “KCR”, Mr. Clyman served as a Managing Director for Studley, Inc, a commercial realty firm, located in Philadelphia. During his tenure Mr. Clyman was responsible for tenant representation for Philadelphia-based companies, in the Center City marketplace, throughout the Delaware Valley and nationally, in space acquisition and leasing.
Mr. Clyman has secured more than 1.5 million square feet of space for the nation’s leading companies, including; American Cancer Society, Focus Pointe Global, General Re Insurance, Sonepar USA, and numerous other local, regional and national firms.
Prior to joining Studley, Mr. Clyman held the position of Vice President for the Office Advisory Services Group at Grubb Ellis & Company in Philadelphia. His focus was on tenant representation in Center City Philadelphia and the surrounding Delaware Valley. Mr. Clyman also coordinated national real estate transactions for a number of Philadelphia headquartered companies, representing tenants in the acquisition or lease of office space.
